Academic Year Rates

Semester and yearly rates for the academic year are provided below. Each student is billed per person, per semester as part of the AU billing schedule.

Along with the listed rates you will find the primary population of students housed in a hall. Housing costs are added to a student’s Eagle Service bill for each specific semester.


2023-2024 Housing Rates

Transfer students are housed in specific residence halls based on the number of credits they enter AU with. Abroad at AU students are housed in specific residence halls based on program requirements.

All rates are inclusive of the $18 per person, per semester residence hall programming fee.

2023-2024 Meal Plan information is available through One Card & Dining Services.
